Care Angels LLC provides Housing Stabilization Services in Minnesota. Housing Stabilization Services is a Medical Assistance benefit to help people with disabilities, seniors, and individuals at risk of homelessness find and keep housing.
We take pride in assisting people who are homeless, or at risk of being homeless, to find permanent housing in a setting of their choice.

Housing work is slow, personal, and full of paperwork. We stay in it with you: identifying options, coordinating with Waiver Case Managers, and handling the parts that are hard to do alone.
